I discovered that all walk ins have a way to take the handle off from the inside just incase some one locks you in.

The one at the McDonald’s I worked at used wing nuts to secure everything. Kinda neat and weird

In ours you just push it to open, make sure you knock from the inside so the big door does not kill anyone swinging open.
